so our fourth record, 813’s ‘spectrum riff ep’ drops in a little over four weeks. we’ve had some really dope feedback so far from the likes of brackles, skream, sweatson klank (aka take), starkey, jay scarlett, darkhouse fam, mary anne hobbs and a bunch of other kind folks. we’ll up the clips soon but for now all you have to do is swoon to this sluga remix (which is a3 on the vinyl)

Sweatson Klank - Playground 082

Playground Magazine just posted an interview and mix from the artist formerly known as Take, Sweatson Klank. The LA beat scene veteran returns to our systems with an eclectic mix, featuring the likes of Shlohmo, Onra, Darkhouse Fam and that Deniro Farrar Grinel’s been banging on about. Klank’s latest release, the Elevate Me EP, is a bit of a departure from his earlier stuff but is well worth picking up, particularly for I Can’t Explain and In Between. He’s got a new full length project in the works too, so keep your eyes peeled.
